The SHA-256 hash algorithm generates a unique hex string for each input. The hash produced is the same format as an Ethereum private key, so the SHA-256 hash function can be used to generate memorable Ethereum private keys.
This key generation is far less secure than using crypto secure random numbers, but in turn it allows for private keys that are incredibly easy to recover from memory.
Key and address are computed in your browser, so it is possible to disable wifi before using. Input complexity should be treated like a password. Input should be at least 10 characters, contain at least one upper case character, and one special symbol.
